Spongebob Squarepants

We had a lovely message this morning letting us know that the Spongebob cake we created for a little girl's 7th birthday went down really well.

Spongebob was a double layered chocolate cake with a sugarpaste Patrick Star to keep him company.

I was lucky enough to have a week off last week and managed to sneak away on a fab Neilson holiday in Lesvos.

As I was spending my days windsurfing, sailing, wake boarding as well as throwing in a few fitness classes - generally abusing my body - I thought it was only right to sample the cake buffets.
